The Bible is quite clear on how the Church should be lead. First Timothy Chapter 3 is a good place to learn
about the basis for church leadership. The elders direct the affairs of the church. They oversee the spiritual growth of the members as well as meet the physical requirements to keep the doors of the church building open. The elders generally use deacons and ministers to perform most of the physical work of running the church and the ministries, monitoring the progress and coordinating the direction of all programs. The eldership is always available for your comments or questions. If you have a concern or a question, please let them know.
